Activity: Participate in a ceremony to clarify your current goals and areas you may want to heal or grow from a previous time in your life . Create prayer bundles with sisters to support your intentions.

Join Dianne Cougar Warrior Woman and Special Guest, Kelly Jumping Mouse, in this journey to explore what is possible in our Crone years. We will create a compassionate space where we will gain awareness of how our culture’s perceptions of older woman has influenced how we feel about ourselves and limit what we become. Guided by the teachings of Clarissa Pinkola Estes, author of The Power of the Crone and Women Who Run with the Wolves and the contemporary Shamanic Teachings of the Sweet Medicine SunDance Path of the Twisted Hairs of Turtle Island, we will imagine what is possible for ourselves. Transformative Shamanic ceremony will assist us to clarify our goals and support our intentions to create our vibrant, joyous selves in our wise woman years.
